Harley
Harley founded Workergenix in 2022 after a 15-year career as a software architect in the defense industry, where precision, efficiency, and high-performance systems were critical. A graduate of the University of Southern California with both a BS and MS in Computer Science, he has always been passionate about using technology to solve complex problems.
For years, Harley leveraged virtual assistants to scale his family’s business and investment ventures, while he also saw how most professionals struggled to find reliable, cost-effective assistants who helped grow the business.
Determined to bridge that gap, he founded Workergenix with a vision: to provide entrepreneurs with Executive Assistants who deliver the leverage needed to scale faster, operate smarter, and maximize their impact.
Adrienne
Adrienne is an entrepreneur at heart and the operational lead at Workergenix. Her background includes building a real estate team of six agents and four virtual professionals — which gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to delegate effectively and build a team that runs without you.
At Workergenix, Adrienne leads day-to-day operations and oversees client success, ensuring every client and EA relationship gets the support it needs to thrive. She is passionate about helping business owners reclaim their time so they can focus on the work that actually moves their business forward.
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys life with her husband and three children, traveling, learning, and having adventures together.
